Nolting Longarms - professional machines for those who want a bit more from their quilting machine.

Nolting longarm quilting machines are the right machines for the professional quilter. The 24" model is ideal; neither too small to limit your work space unduly, nor too large to make you s-t-r-e-t-c-h across the table.

The powerful features of the PRO stitch regulator will make your quilting easier. The machines are built using lightweight 4.5mm aluminium, making them the lightest longarm available - the 24" machine weighs less than 25kg. This light weight increases your productivity, allowing you to spend more time enjoying your quilting and less time feeling tired!

  • Available with/without IS-2KN stitch-regulator, or in PRO-24, or PRO-30 form (highly recommended).
  • Machine casings are fabricated from heavy 4.5mm aluminium plate for light weight and super strength.
  • Truly impressive near frictionless manoeuvrability. Goes just where you move it with no resistance
  • Four oil wicks to the moving parts of the sewing head need only one drop of sewing oil every 8-10 hours of operation.
  • The 148W DC motor is mounted inside the body of the machine, making it safer by minimizing the risk of entanglement.
  • The machine runs on 110 Volt AC supply requiring a transformer which is supplied by Quiltique.
  • A gear belt provides quiet, accurate power to the top shaft.
  • The hopping foot moves over seams and a variety of materials for quality stitching. The 1/2” round foot assists 1/4“ shadowing with or without rulers or templates.
  • The handles on the PRO are adjustable up, down and sideways. The vertical placement is ergonomically correct and provides stress-free operation.
  • The focusable and dimmable laser stylus may be located on the front or rear of the sewing head for either blocks or pantograph patterns.
  • Expanding foam is injected inside the body cavity to reduce vibration and noise.
  • The fluorescent light is positioned for excellent visibility. It can be replaced with anoptional blacklight for use with day glow powder or pencils for your unique designs.
  • The two-piece all-steel tables come with height-adjustable feet or hydraulic option. 
  • The trolley wheels are fixed to axles which are held in sealed bearings for non-binding movement.
  • All wheels are enclosed within the tracks for solid smooth motion. This protects your quilts from marks if they fall on the track.
  • The energy chain system ensures that electrical cable is kept away from the workspace.
  • Rollers are cleverly located to provide easy access to the bobbin.
  • The roller lift holds up the top roller to allow access to the batting between the layers of the quilt.
  • The ratchet action advances the take-up roller quickly and easily.
